CrowdStrike Reports $1.47 Billion Revenue as Cybersecurity Growth Accelerates
CrowdStrike has reported strong second-quarter fiscal 2027 results, with record net new annual recurring revenue and accelerating demand for its cybersecurity platform as enterprises increase spending to protect AI and cloud environments.
CrowdStrike reported $1.47 billion in total revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, representing a 26% increase year over year. Subscription revenue reached approximately $1.40 billion, while annual recurring revenue climbed 25% to $5.84 billion as of July 31, 2026. The company added a record $332.8 million in net new ARR during the quarter, reflecting stronger customer adoption and continued expansion across its platform.
The company also highlighted strong adoption of Falcon Flex, with ending ARR from customers using the offering exceeding $2.29 billion, up 101% year over year. CrowdStrike said it delivered record cash flow from operations and free cash flow during the quarter, while its strong pipeline has prompted the company to raise its full-year fiscal 2027 net new ARR growth outlook to 34% at the midpoint, an increase of 630 basis points.
CrowdStrike's latest results come as businesses face an increasingly complex threat environment shaped by AI, cloud adoption and increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks. The company is positioning its Falcon platform as a broader security layer for organisations looking to consolidate cybersecurity tools while protecting endpoints, identities, cloud workloads and emerging AI environments.
