Meta Muse Spaces Turn AI Ideas into Personalised Interactive Experiences
Meta has introduced Muse Spaces, a feature that lets users create personalised interactive experiences inside its Muse app by describing what they want. The new feature allows people to turn ideas into practical tools, including shopping hubs, trip planners, school dashboards, podcast workspaces and custom games.
Announced on November 6, 2026, Meta Muse Spaces are designed around individual routines, interests and goals. Users can describe an idea to Muse, which then builds a custom space. They can continue refining it by changing its appearance, adding information or adjusting how it works.
The launch reflects Meta's effort to make AI applications more personal and useful beyond traditional question-and-answer interactions.
How Meta Muse Spaces Turn Ideas into Custom Tools
Spaces are interactive experiences created within the Muse app. Rather than relying on a fixed set of features, users can describe the kind of workspace or activity they want and let Muse build it.
Meta's examples include a shopping hub that brings together gift ideas, Instagram saves and Marketplace activity. A school dashboard can collect relevant events from school emails and add them to a calendar. Users can also create trip planners containing flight details, hotel information, reservations and daily itineraries.
The feature also supports more creative uses. People can build trivia games based on their favourite films or sports teams, organise podcast research and scripts, or create planning boards for personal projects. Small businesses and freelancers can use Spaces to bring orders, customer messages, project deadlines and invoices into one place.
Connected Apps Keep Spaces Updated
Meta says users can connect the apps they already use so that their Spaces remain updated in the background. This can help bring new information into a workspace without requiring users to ask Muse for an update each time.
For example, a music tracker can display new releases and upcoming shows. A shopping space can bring together updated prices and saved gift ideas, while a trip planner can keep relevant travel information organised.
Users can also interact directly with their spaces. They can add notes, check off tasks and make edits, with their changes remaining available when they return.
This approach makes Spaces more than temporary AI-generated responses. Each one is intended to function as a reusable workspace that can evolve as a user's needs change.
Users Can Organise the Muse App Around Their Routine
Meta is also giving users control over where their Spaces appear inside Muse. They can add them to the app's sidebar or main tabs, hide spaces they no longer need and rearrange the interface.
Users can also schedule when particular spaces appear. For instance, a weekly planner can remain visible during the working week before being replaced by a weekend planning space.
Meta says Spaces are available wherever the Muse app is supported. The company is also exploring ways to let users share their spaces with other people, potentially bringing more collaborative experiences to the app in the future.
Meta Expands Its Personalised AI Experience
The launch signals a broader shift in how Meta is approaching consumer AI software. Instead of limiting interactions to individual prompts and responses, the company is giving users a way to create persistent experiences around specific activities.
The feature could be useful for people who regularly manage information across several apps. Bringing relevant details into one custom space may reduce the need to switch between separate tools.
Meta has also announced that it is rolling out specialised versions of its models to Muse, trained using learnings from Muse Wonder. The company says these models are intended to improve the overall experience.
However, the usefulness of Spaces will depend on how well the feature handles connected information, updates and individual requests in everyday use. For now, Meta is positioning it as a flexible way to organise digital activities and turn personal ideas into interactive tools.
