NVIDIA Reports $96.2 Billion Revenue as AI Infrastructure Demand Accelerates

NVIDIA reports $96.2 billion quarterly revenue driven by AI and Data Center growth

NVIDIA has reported record second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $96.2 billion, with its Data Center business continuing to drive the company's rapid growth as demand for AI computing expands worldwide.

NVIDIA reported $96.2 billion in revenue for the quarter ended July 26, 2026, representing an 18% increase from the previous quarter and a 106% increase year over year. Net income reached $59.7 billion, up 126% from the same period last year, while diluted GAAP earnings per share rose to $2.46. The company maintained a 75% GAAP gross margin during the quarter.

The company's Data Center business generated $89 billion, increasing 18% sequentially and 117% year over year. NVIDIA said demand is being driven by the rapid expansion of AI infrastructure, including systems supporting generative AI, AI agents and emerging physical AI applications. The company is also ramping its Vera Rubin platform into full production, while expanding its broader AI computing and networking ecosystem.

NVIDIA also reported $7.2 billion in Edge Computing revenue, up 13% from the previous quarter and 27% from a year earlier. Looking ahead, the company expects approximately $108 billion in third-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue, plus or minus 2%. Notably, that forecast does not assume any Data Center compute revenue from China. During the quarter, NVIDIA returned approximately $26 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends.
